USA PRESIDENT SPEECH TO THE WORLD ON THE CRISIS IN SYRIA PLACED A HALT ON THE FIRST UNAUTHORIZED STRIKES AGAINST SYRIA.

USA President speech to the World on the crisis in Syria held yesterday and early today at the White House in which President Obama emphasized the possibility for further military strikes against Syria, if President Assad does not comply with further investigation on the chemical weapons sites placed a halt on the first unauthorized strikes against Syria which may have been directed from the USA Aircraft Carriers stationed in the Atlantic Ocean and the Arabian Gulf. However, the World's reaction against the unauthorized strikes has been wide range. The United Nations Organization condemned all the sites for the attacks, Russia and China have kept a distance from the UN meeting that may authorize the Resolution for strikes against Syria, the European Union countries have opened their ports for refugees entry from Syria and Germany has transported hundreds of the five thousand Syrian refugees it has granted refugees status and entry to its various ports to the State of Niedersachsen.
