SYRIAN MILITARY AND THE REBEL FORCES HAVE CLAIMED THE SHOT-DOWN OF A NUMBER OF FRENCH FIGHTER JETS AND SYRIAN GOVERNMENT FIGHTER JETS RESPECTIVELY, BEFORE THE DATELINE FOR THE SCHEDULED OUTBREAK OF MILITARY INTERVENTION AGAINST SYRIA.

USA government has for the first time in the USA history requested both the Congress and the Senate assistance by scheduled debates and voting for the declaration of war against Syria, or to abstain it, despite the President's highest and decisive authority as the Commander in Chief of the USA Army Forces. The debate that may determine the USA government decision, particularly the military participation in the war against Syria that may be scheduled in a week time, eventhough Wednesday, September. 04, in the year 2013 has been set by the French government as the appointed time for military strikes against Syria. This Congressional request for war declaration against Syria may further delay the scheduled military strikes against Syria by the European Union military, particularly the French Airforce. However, both the Syrian military and the Rebel Forces have claimed the shot-down of french fighter jets  and Syrian government fighter jets respectively, before the dateline for the scheduled outbreak of military intervention in airstrikes against specific targets within Syria.
