THE UN SUMMIT ON ARMS TRADE TREATY MAY SPARK CONTROVERSIAL GLOBAL DEBATES ON THE SUBJECT THAT REMAINS DIFFICULT TO CONTROL.

The United Nations Summit held early morning today at the UN Headquarter in New York discussed one of the World's significant themes on the arms control the Arms Trade Treaty that may spark controversial global debates on the subject that remains difficult to control as the previous Treaties on None Nuclear Proliferation Treaty, Disarmament and the bann on weapons of mass destruction that entailed the Long Range Ballistic Missiles with the support of governments policies that encourages arms reduction, or Troops reduction. However, the Arms Trade Treaty that may require more than two thirds of the UN Security Council votes with the unanimous support of the World leaders and the delegates that have participated in the Summit has not been enacted to a legislation, or in the UN charter for implementation. The USA, Russia, Germany, France, England and China have participated in the Summit, despite their leading role in arms trade in the World.
