EUROPE'S AND THE WORLD MEDIA REMAINS FOCUSED ON ROME AS VATICAN HAS BEGUN WITH THE ELECTION PROCESS FOR THE ELECTION OF A NEW POPE.

Europe's and the World media remains focused on Rome as Vatican has begun to welcome Cardinals and Bishops from all parts of the World for the less known election process for the election of a new Pope called the Conclave. The estimated number of about a hundred and thirty Bishops and Cardinals that have been made eligible to vote for the election of a new Pope have arrived in Vatican and have been expected to vote and elect a new Pope that will please many people around the World, particularly the Christains that may have focused their eyes on Rome after a brief disappointment and leadership crisis in Rome. However, the media highlights of the week for the election of a new Pope in extensive media coverages and brief interviews of the arriving Cardinals have remained behind close doors as usual obscuring facts and promoting media speculation on who may become the the next elected Pope.
