LEGISLATIVE DATA CONTROL IMPACT, RATHER THAN ITS REGULATION ON MODERN URBANISM, INNOVATIVE TECNOLOGY AND MORDERN LIFESTYLE MAY REINFORCE THE EMERGING AND STRONGER CLASS DIFFERENCE IN SOCIETIES, OR COMMUNITIES.
Modern Urbanism and innovative tecnology impact on mordern lifestyle that have eased living, revolutionized commerce, or the means for sustained income for living, liberalized communication, or the means for information transfer and liberalized humans for indispensable comfort and routine conveniency in everyday living have brought forth advantages and disadvantages that have frequently clashed with ancient traditions, contemporary cultures and religious authorites, or religious guidance in the various fields of work and social groups creating even more variation in social co-existence that have been referred to as attributes of emerging and stronger class difference struggle in Communities and Societies of mostly the developed countries, or the thoroughly urbanized parts of the developing countries. However, some European Union countries current effort for legislative data control with the requirement for the registered citizens , or businesses permission for information transfer, or exchange of information with other individuals, or businesses within the same, or different Communities and Societies, rather than its regulation may hurt the current information flow needed by the tecnology that has eased living in modern lifestyle and at the same time caused suffering of others in immense class difference struggle.
