THE YOUNGER AND SUCCESSFULL COMPUTER AND INTERNET BUBBLE GENERATION HAVE BEEN FACING TOUGHER TIME IN VARIOUS COUNTRIES THROUGH-OUT THE WORLD.

       The younger and most successfull computer and internet bubble generation have been facing tougher time in various countries through-out the world in regard to the government's attempts to limit their creativity that has constantly produced under-age and young multi-millionares and multi-billionaires within the shortest period of time in some parts of the world and particularly in the USA, the European Union countries, Russia, China, Japan and in the far away developing countries whose numbers have not been specified. In the USA alone the number of both the internet media bubble burst and the electronic commerce bubble generation have remained constant at about fifty (50) youngest multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires, while in China the number has tripled to to over three hundred (300) internet media and electronic commerce bubble burst generation in the year 2009 and 2012 respectively. However, in the USA and the developed countries mentioned the Union, or Organzation of the young Entrepreneurs has kept them protected from either the government's or  the underground attempts to inhibit their creativity by frequent meetings , while in the developing countries frequent arrest of the fledgling internet and media bubble younger generation has been mentioned , besides the bann on the use of computers, laptops and smartphones by governments, or the legislation.
