EARLY SIGNS OF SEVERE WEATHER CONDITION CAUSED MUCH CONCERN AND CITIZENS PROTEST IN COUNTRIES THAT HAVE BEEN FREQUENTED BY NATURAL CATASTROPHE.

Early signs of severe weather condition in torrential rain, flood and landslide in the month of July has caused much concern about citizens safety in the month of August, besides various climate conventions, debates and citizens protest in many countries that have been annually, or frequently devasted by Natural Catastrophes such as the torrential, or the monsoon rain , flood, landslides, tornados, Earthquake and Hurricanes. In the USA much rain , flood and landslide overwhelmed the the East Coast from the State of Texas to the Atlantic East Coast city of New York. Likewise, thesame severe weather conditions have been reported in the Southern Parts of Russia, China and Japan in the early Month of July. In Japan citizens have repeatedly gone to the streets to protest the government's refusal to the demanded changes in the energy policy that specified the stepdown from the use of atomic energy as its main source for electric energy generation to the alternative environment friendly energy sources such as the Wind energy source, the Solar energy source and the Geothemal energy source, specially after the government's announcement of successfull repair of all the Nuclear Reactors Plants that have been set fully operational and in function for the generation of electricity. However, Scientists have not specified the exact cause of abnormal weather changes int he early month of July, while politicians and climate weather experts have speculated on the cause of the abnormal weather changes as attributes of climate change, due to global warming and the recent Solar storms that caused exceedingly high temperatures and much rain in the countries with Temperate and Sub-temperate types of climates.
