GERMANY'S CURRENT DECISION MAKING PROCESS AS A MODEL TO THE EURO-ZONE MEMBER NATIONS, SPECIALLY ON FASTER SOLUTIONS TO BOTH THE POLITICAL AND FINANCIAL CRISIS.

       Germany's Opposition and the Intellectuals protest by lawsuit as required by both the legislation and Germany's Constitution against the government's overwhelming authority in both the lower and the upper house referred to as the Bundestag and the Bundesrat, particularly on the government's decisions on fiscal pact and the European Union financial rescue packages, despite its conclusion in the last week sessions in the Parliament has once again reached Germany's Highest Court in Karlsruhe for the required best solution and decision in regard to the government's decisions on the European Union significant financial, economic and political issues that may burden, or hurt Germany's hard working citizens and deprive them from the financial benefits of the country's current growing Industrial Sector and economic prosperity, besides wider span Investment opportunities in the Euro-zone that reflected Germany's current decision making process as a model to the Euro-zone member nations, speciallyon faster solutions to both political and financial crisis within the framework of collective, or individual criticism of the government's authority and accountability methods.
