GERMAN GOVERNMENT ATTEMPT TO OUT-LAW THE NDP BECAME CONTROVERSIAL POLITICAL THEME IN GERMANY'S DOMESTIC POLITICS AND EUROPE'S MEDIA HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK.


The German government attempt to out-law the (NDP) the National Democratic Party often referred to as the right wing extremists, or the Neo-Nazi political party became controversial theme in Germany's domestic politics and Europe's media highlight of the week, despite the wide-range support of political parties and Institutions within Germany and abroad to outlaw the party. German intellectuals and legislative bodies have warned the government's action to out-law the NDP as that which may further spread violence, but may require constitutional amendment that would distabilize Germany's stable ruling system of government through out the Federal States from the farther North in Schleswig Holstein to the Southern State of Bayern Munchen . Alternative legislative, political and enforcement methods have been requested to tackle the right wing party growing popularity, than the government's attempt to either outlaw the NDP, or implement the demand for constitutional amendment that will with certainty distort Germany's Federal governments Union and distabilize the most stable ruling system of government in Germany and the European Union . Alternative methods to control the right wing emerging political party may entail tougher legislative measures and penalties.
