ELEVATED SECURITY ALERT WILL REMAIN IN-EFFECT IN SOME EUROPEAN UNION MAJOR CITIES DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON AND CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION.

Elevated security alert will remain in effect in some European Union major cities, while in other cities continuous surveillance on terror suspects would be kept in place during the holiday season celebration as a result of the random shooting and a terrorist act that occurred in Belgium's city of Luttich. Four people have been reported to have died and fourty others injured during the shooting that has shaken the inner city residence of one of Belgium's peaceful cities.
A thirty one year old in and out ex-prisoner has accepted responsibility for the shooting as a revenge reaction to the police action of his long term imprisonment he claimed to have destroyed his future at the early age of thirty one years. Although the identity of the thiry year old has not been thoroughly investigated and published, police investigators and educators have been investigating the wide spread terrorist spirit and violence among their young that has been spreading through-out Europe's Northern region peaceful cities.
