WINTER SEASON SEVERE WEATHER CONDITION FLACTUATES BETWEEN THE NORTHERN STATES REGION AND THE SOUTHERN STATES REGION IN THE USA FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER A DECADE.

Severe Winter weather condition in snowfall and ice accumulation flactuated over the period of time of a forthnight between the Southern States region and the Norhern States region . As the snowfall ceases and the accumulated ice melts from the streets, sidewalk, pavements and rooftops in the Southern States region making way for favorable relatively warm Winter season temperatures of about fifty to fifty five degrees fahrenheit in the Southern states region , while the Northern States have reported repeated Winter severe weather condition in snowfall and ice accumulation that has been accompanied by traffic chaos, due to road accidents attributed to ice accumulation on many roads , along with the fallen trees and power outage in certain parts in the Northern States region.
