DOMESTIC EMERGENCY RESCUE ATTEMPTS FOR BRAZILIANS THAT HAVE BEEN BURRIED UNDER THE MUD HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL.

Inspite of the increase in number of Brazil's Northern region victims of Rio de Janeiro worse natural catastrophe of mudslides from three hundred to about five hundred victims , neither International Emergency alert , nor evacuation has been declared to prevent the Northern regions from further possible outbreak of mudslides in the Northern regions and for the required humanitarian assistance for the inhabitants that have been made homeless, or those injured by the natural catastrophe. Domestic Emergency rescue attempts for the inhabitants that have been burreid under the mud and those reported missing has not been successful.
