INCREASED FEAR AMONG THOSE WHOSE LIVES HAVE BEEN MADE VULNERABLE AS A RESULT OF DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES.

Unconfirmed reports that those who have been taken out of the shelter one at a time either on stretchers, or by other means may have died has spreaded worries among both the homeless and the shelter dwellers. Those who have left the shelter as aresult of natural causes such as seasonal changes and diseases, or may have been thrown out of the shelter as aresult of regulations violation and never made it back in the shelter have been assumed to have died.
Last year alone seasonal changes in winter season below zero freezing temperatures and summer season higher temperatures in intense heat wave have both claimed over fifty two lives adding the the death toll to other causes of fatalities of those whose lives have been made vulnerable as aresult of homelessness and an unidentified difficult circumstances.
