THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT PLAN FOR TAX INCREASE ON AIRLINES FEES AMID AIRLINES STRUGGLE COULD LIMIT SOME AIRLINES PERFORMANCE IN BOTH THE DOMESTIC AND THE FOREIGN MARKETS.

The German plan for tax increase on airlines fees that is likely to increase airlines tickets prices on far a way destinations on both the domestic and foreign flights, despite the general struggle in airline businesses at home and abroad that have either been resolved by merges, or bankruptcy declaration may be adapted by other governments, due to the predicted success in the sum of money the German government expects to make annually.
However, the higher demand being placed on airlines to generate much money in sums of billions of dollars in government taxes could limit domestic airlines performance on the required performance of high quality services and lucrative money making. In this regard governments would be prepared for more liberal policies with legislations that would enable sales of airlines to more competitive domestic, or foreign airlines.
