USA FINANCE OBLIGATION FOR THE NATO PARTNERS REMAINS THE MAJOR DISPUTED POLITICAL FINANCE AND DEFENSE OBLIGATION OF THE NEW YEAR.

   USA finance obligation for the NATO members remains the major disputed political finance and defense policy of the year two thousand and eighteen, despite USA President request, or rather demand for faster implementation of this finance and defense policy that may cause the NATO member countries only two percent of their efficiency relative to GDP minimum defense obligation annual withdrawal which unfortunately will be subjected tougher scrutiny by the Eurozone NATO member countries of which Germany and Britain would not remain the exception in the required Parliamentary scrutiny of the NATO defense budget cuts, few  or allocation for the few member countries that may claim deficiency in the NATO required two percent budget contribution .........
