    USA citizens non violent citizens civil indiscipline by protest and demonstration against the government shutdown prevailed in USA various States, despite the law enforcement personnel attempts to restore order in the various States. The citizens in USA States, particularly of the Northern and North Eastern States demanded fairer accountability methods with regard to the handling of the government's affairs by the current Administration of USA President Donald Trump in the first Year of his first term in office as the President of the United States of America. These non violent citizens protest by demonstration in the USA various States spread at faster phase, after the USA House of Representatives that comprised of the Senate and the Congress declared the government's Shutdown that can be a hundred percent prevented with all certainty by the government, specifically by the current Administration of Donald Trump. However, the Senate and the Congress measures by the Shutdown of the government that can be a hundred percent prevented sparked the controversy over the Republicans show of power in the attempts to restore the diminishing citizens trust on the various branches of governments and Administration that entailed the Executive the Legislative and the Judiciary with emphasis on claims of violation of information transfer by the New York Times Journalists on the President's intervention to manipulate the USA domestic with the International media and implement his controversial mandates with other policies which have remained questionable among the USA legislators and Judiciary personnel, particularly the Senators and the Judges. Although the government shutdown may directly and indirectly impact the government's finance and political systems in the USA various States, its financial impact compared to its political impact have been speculated upon as minimal compared to the USA current economic and financial potential, despite further complains about the Republican Party failure to accomplish its target goal for tax increase, instead of tax reduction, or tax cuts to reduce the increasing debt and efficiently control the budget deficit that have been generally referred to by expects as attributes of USA declining Monetary and currency value attributed to the declining volume of USA export at a global scale. However, politically USA citizens public trust and citizens Constitutional rights have been apparently and repeatedly violated by the major political parties the Republican and the Democratic Political Parties that have both and repeatedly won majority in the Senate and the Congress and later occupied the White House, but have neither accomplished the mandates, nor the objectives that gave them citizens votes with the majority in the Senate and the Congress for the final march to the White House.
