WORLD LEADERS MINISTERS DELEGATES AND ATTENDANTS, OR GUESTS OF THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING BEING HELD AT THE UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS IN NEW YORK IN THE USA DENOUNCED RUSSIAN TROOPS PRESENCE IN SYRIA AS A THREAT TO THE DELIVERY OF HUMANITARIAN RELIEF AID TO THE CITIZENZS IN SYRIA THAT HAVE REMAINED BESIEGED IN THE CITY AND TOWN OF ALEPPO AND IDLIB RESPECTIVELY.



       World leaders Ministers delegates and attendants, or guests of the United Nations General Assembly Meeting being currently held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York in the USA have fiercely denounced Russian Troops presence in Syria as a threat to the delivery of Humanitarian Relief Aid to the citizens of Syria that have remained besieged in the city and town of Aleppo and Idlib respectively in the second and third day of the United Nations General Assembly Meeting, after the unconfirmed reports of the shot down of the United Nations Relief Aid Convoys by either the Russian Air Defense Forces, or the Russian Ground Forces that have remained operational in the air and on the ground within the Syrian borders for the war against terrorism which too has been specifically directed against the Islamic Militants called ISIS and the bad guys of the varied Rebel Forces Factions that have been estimated to have reached sixty two factions within the borders of Syria and in the neighboring countries of Turkey and Northern Iraq Region. Few of the World leaders that attended the second day of the United Nations General Assembly Meeting and delivered speeches in favor, or in support of the USA and the Allied Forces intervention in the current conflict in Syria, but fiercely denounced Russian Forces dominance in the region, due to the shot down of the Relief Aid Convoys that were intended for the delivery of the needed Relief Aid to the farthest areas of conflict that had been difficult to reach and for the alleviation of the worsening Humanitarian crisis in the farthest parts of Syria, specially in the city and town of Aleppo and Idlib were the President of the United States of America Barack Obama the United Nations High Commissioner Mr. Ki Ban Moon USA Foreign Secretary John Kerry Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lovrov and Germany's Foreign Minister Steinmaier. However, Russian Foreign Minister Lovrov defended Russian government denial of the shot down of the United Nations Humanitarian Relief Convoy and demanded confirmation of media report with the requirement for further investigation.
