FURTHER REINFORCEMENT OF USA FORCES IN THE REGION OF CONFLICT WITH ADDITIONAL TROOPS AMIDST INTENSIFIED RUSSIAN AND SYRIAN AIRSTRIKES AGAINST ISIS AND THE BESIEGED CIVILIAN TARGETS WHICH HAS RAISED MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CURRENT CONFLICT IN SYRIA THAT HAS ESCALATED BEYOND CONTROL OF THE MAJOR COUNTRIES, DUE TO THE WAR AGAINST TERRORISM AND THE ISLAMISTS CALLED ISIS.

      Further deployment of USA Troops in the Northern Region of Iraq with additional four thousand men and women in uniform for the reinforcement of the USA forces currently in full operation in Iraq's Northern city of Mosul amidst intensified Russian and Syrian airstrikes against ISIS targets and the besieged civilian citizens in the city of Aleppo has repeatedly raised many questions with regard to the USA current intervention policy by either diplomatic and political approach, or by the use of military force against, or for the resolution of the current conflict that has escalated beyond control of both the domestic and foreign governments, or the International Humanitarian Organizations as the war against terrorism and the Islamists called ISIS has further intensified beyond control of the major World countries, particularly with regard to the diminishing concern about the intensified airstrikes on the besieged civilian targets as the hospitals and refugee camps in Syria and Northern Iraq Region. Besides the demand, or rather the requirement for further scrutiny of the causes of the current civil war and armed conflict in Syria and Northern Iraq Region respectively that became popular as the war against terrorism and Islamists Militants called ISIS. About four Years ago extended civilian citizens protest and demonstration against their government headed by the current President Basar Assad in the capital city Damascus and in the neighboring cities and towns such as Aleppo El Hula and others became the demand for the relinquishment of government's power headed by President Assad and the ruling national Baath Party by the Opposition and citizens demonstrators that demanded resignation of the President from office. However, government's supporters and the Opposition Political Party supporters clashes with citizens demonstrators confrontation had become violent and escalated in to the current armed conflict and civil war of the various groups against the government's supporters and Troops that later developed in to the Movement of the exiled Opposition Political Parties with the armed groups which became the Rebel Forces of Syria that comprised mostly of  Christian Syrian with other opposing Syrian citizens groups and the Islamic Militants Group that has been generalized by the media and the war against terrorism as ISIS the bad Islamic Militant Group of the Arab World Countries that have vowed to defend their territories for the formation of an Islamic State in Syria and Northern Iraq for the Syrian citizens.
