THE HIGHEST COURT HAS ONCE AGAIN ADJOURNED ITS DEBATE ON THE CONTROVERSIAL ENERGY POLICY AND COMPENSATION FOR ENERGY COMPANIES THAT HAD BEEN CLOSED, DUE TO THE USE OF NUCLEAR REACTORS THAT HAVE FAILED THE STRESS TEST.

     Germany's Highest Court located in the city of Karlsruhe has once again adjourned its debate for the expected final decision of the Highest Court Judges on the controversial energy policy and the recent subject, or rather the demand for compensation for the energy companies that have so far used the atomic energy as their main source for generation of electric energy, but few of the many companies had been forced to close down, due to the number of the Nuclear Reactors that have failed the government's Nuclear Reactors stress test carried out on the many Nuclear Reactors in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen, despite the fact that many of the Nuclear Reactors in the country may remain operational until the years two thousand and twenty two and two thousand and twenty four (2022-2024) respectively, after the government with the Parliament in the Democratic Republic of Germany concluded its decision on the controversial energy policy in the consecutive years of two thousand and fourteen and two thousand and fifteen (2014-2015) with the enaction of the legislation that authorized the change of the government's energy policy with the shift from the hazardous  and polluting energy sources  such as the atomic energy fission in the Nuclear Reactors and fossil fuel combustion in huge turbines for the generation of electric power  to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources such as the Solar, the Wind, the Geothermal and Hydro-Electric energy sources until the specified years of two thousand and twenty two and two thousand and twenty four respectively. However, the current rising demand for electric power consumption by the industries, the factories, the companies, government's public office, or the private sector office and the many households may oblige the government to reconsider the time period it specified for the closer of all the Nuclear Reactors that have remained operational and currently generating higher capacity and sufficient electric power energy to meet the mentioned higher demand for energy consumption in the country, when compared to the low generating capacity and relatively less sufficient electric energy generation by the power companies that have so far used the renewable energy sources as their main sources for generation of electric energy to meet the higher demand for power supply.
