GOVERNMENT CABINET MEMBERS CONCLUDED THE MEETING THAT HAS BEEN INTENDED FOR RATIFICATION OF 2011 EUROZONE CONVENTION LEGISLATION AGAINST VIOLATION OF SEXUAL PRACTICE RIGHTS WITH OTHER ASPECTS OF LESS UNDERSTOOD VIOLATIONS OF SAFE SEXUAL PRACTICE IN THE VARIOUS COMMUNITIES AND SOCIETIES IN GERMANY THE EUROZONE AND OTHER COUNTRIES.

Government's cabinet members concluded the meeting that has been intended for ratification of the two thousand and eleven (2011) Eurozone Convention Legislation for safe sexual practice, sexuality, sex differences problems and against violation of sexuality rights with the various aspects of the less understood violations of safe sexual practice rights and sexuality differences in the various Communities and Societies in Germany, the Eurozone Countries and other countries during the meeting held at Germany's capital city Berlin on Wednesday, March in the Year two thousand and sixteen (2016). Few of the mentioned sexuality problems specified above that may have resulted in the request for, or rather the demand for amendment of Eurozone's previous legislations against violation of sexuality rights that have been associated with safe sexual practice and sex differences problems for both sexes with special emphasis on the required protection for the female sex, rather than the male sex will continue in its current complexity, or the less understood aspects of sexual rights violations that have frequently made headlines, or breaking news on the domestic and foreign International media with regard to the demand for tougher guidelines and strict legislative penalties against violators of safe sexual practice legislation with the request for additional revision of sex crimes and the specified tougher penalties such as the penalties against rape that specified the tougher penalties of either death penalty, or life imprisonment for both beginners, or frequent sex offenders in many countries that entailed Germany, the USA, and other Eurozone Countries on side of the offense and its legislation, but on the other obscured side of the offense sex offenders that have forcibly involved women in frequent sexual practice without proof of use of force have been frequently declared not guilty by Judges in the Courts of many countries of both the developed and the developing countries that included Germany, the Eurozone Countries, the USA and other countries. However, these legislative guidelines and penalties for safer sexual practice and for the protection of women in the various Communities and Societies, specially in Germany, the Eurozone Countries and other countries have been surpassed by other forms of violence that violates safe sexual practice legislative guidelines and legislation by which both sexes, men or women have been equally directly, or indirectly forced to accept violent sex practice, or offers for violation of safe sexual practice that have remained complex, or less understood, ignored, over-looked, or simply denounced as attributes of inconsistence, or obsessive behavior by the same legislative Institutions and legislative authorities that have specified the tougher penalties of either the death penalty, or life imprisonment against rape and other violent sexual practices.
