THE EXTENDED SESSIONS ON THE DISPUTED AND CONTROVERSIAL DEBATE FOR THE SOLUTION TO THE REFUGEES INFLUX AND REFUGEES CRISIS MAY REQUIRE THE HIGHEST COURT RULING FOR THE FINAL DECISION.

The extended sessions on the disputed and controversial solution to the refugees influx and refugees crisis in the Eurozone countries has unfortunately been postponed for further reschedule of a new Summit for the solution to the refugees crisis that may be held in the European Union Parliament in Brussels in the next few weeks, or month . The disputed and controversial political, financial, immigration and logistics issues on the rising refugees and asylum crisis in the Eurozone countries that have been repeatedly postponed for further reschedule and discussion in the European Union Parliament in Brussels may require the Highest Court ruling for the final decision on refugees and asylum seekers distribution with the required change on the European Union current unified immigration policy, or the immigration policy of  the domestic Eurozone countries. However, the European Union young government does not have, or posses the Highest Court as a result Germany's Highest Court located in the city of Karlsruhe may assume responsibility for the required ruling on the current refugees crisis in the Eurozone countries with the future, or foreseeable disputed and controversial issues in the European Union countries that had been, or have been repeatedly postponed by the European Union Parliament in Brussels. Few European Union politicians have suggested sanction against the Eurozone countries that have expressed their unpreparedness to receive refugees and asylum seekers in their cities, towns, or villages and denied entry for refugees in to their various ports, while the Court has objected to the measures and recommended the European Union finance packages for the countries that have received and accommodated refugees and asylum seekers in accordance with the rising number of refugees and asylum seekers that have been welcomed by the generous European Union countries.
