EUROPEAN UNION SECOND SUMMIT ON REFUGEES CRISIS IN WESTERN EUROPE HAS BEEN CONCLUDED WITH WIDERANGE SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEMS THAT HAVE BEEN GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS HOT-SPOTS WITHIN THE EUROZONE AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES.

European Union second Summit Meeting on refugees crisis headed by Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel has been concluded with widerange solutions to the problems on the selected various locations that have been generally described as, or named Hot-Spots within the Eurozone countries and outside in the foreign countries during the debate for the solution to the current refugees and asylum seekers crisis in Western Europe held in the European Union early Morning Yesterday. Few of the mentioned and suggested solutions for, or against the refugees crisis in Western Europe that may later be enacted to legislations for implementation as a unified European Union policy and legislative authority entailed the extended and strict border control of European Union countries domestic ports and far away border crossing along Eastern European countries, the Northern, Southern Europe and as far as the Mediterranean Sea Coast by use of mordern technology surveillance devices, or equipment and by continued deployment of the European Union coast guards and the military along the border crossing points of the Western, or Eastern European Union countries and in the Mediterranean Sea, despite criticism of the strict border control by few Eastern and Western European Union countries. The European Union finance packages for alleviation of of the crisis will be allocated in billions of Euros for the Hot-Spots that have been generally described as locations that may be countries, refugees camps and Humanitarian Institutions that have wellcomed and hosted refugees, or asylum seekers in hotels, or hostels for extended period of time within the Eurozone and in foreign countries. However, distribution of the allocated funds named the European Union finance packages for the Hot-Spots within the Eurozone countries and in foreign countries with the assistance of the United Nations, Refugees, Relief Aid  and Humanitarian branches may result in further difficulties, or mismanagement of the allocated funds to reach the intended destinations and alleviate the worsening humanitarian condition among refugees from Eastern Europe and other parts of the World, specially those in the foreign refugees camps in Syria, Turkey, Northern Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt and other refugees camps in Uganda, Kenya, Somalia, Rwanda, North of Sudan and South of Sudan. Recent listing of the Hot-Spots locations approved by the European Union, the United Nations and confirmed by the European Union Media have been the host countries of Italy, Greece, Serbia, Romania and Germany that will accommodate bigger number of refugees and asylum seekers in Western and Eastern Europe.
