Trade Unions, employees of the public sector, specially the teachers of kinder garden and citizens in the various States of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen have warned the government against possible citizens civil indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike, due to the unheeded demands of the public sector employees for tariff increase that has been specified as five percent (5%) tariff increase for the public sector employees that included teachers of the kinder garden in the various States of Germany, besides the demands for improved working conditions with unlimited over time bonus, or increased employment opportunities for the stressed and under-staffed long distance travel employees of the rail road in Germany's various States that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen. Reasons for the spread of public sector employees civil indiscipline by strike, protest and demonstration has been attributed to lack of compromise among the government's, trade unions personnel and employees of the public sector on the demands for tariff, or pay increase to meet the rising cost of high standard of living in Germany's various States and the Eurozone countries. The requirement for fair share in the country's current prosperity has been emphasized as the cause for the spread of public sector repeated civil indiscipline by strike, peaceful protest and demonstrations that have cost various industries and the government tens of millions of euros in annual loses.
