HIGHEST COURT DECISION FOR THE BAN OF RIGHT AND LEFT WING EXTREMISTS POLITICAL PARTIES WITH SUSPECTS FROM POLITICAL PARTICIPATION REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL.

The Highest Court in Karlsruhe Germany has repeatedly adjourned its controversial indictment process for the ban of right and left wing extremists political parties with the Neo-Nazi suspects and their collaborators from the privilege to political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany on claims of arson and murder of refugees, asylum seekers and the domestic citizens of Germany, or the refugees and asylum seekers that have been officially recognized as German citizens, inspite of renewed series of arson and foreseeable attempts for murder of innocent civilian citizens and refugees in the farthest Northern State of Schleswig Holstein and specifically in Lubeck, Kappeln, Eckenforde, Damp 2000 (zwei tausand) and Vogelsang Grundholz, after the government officially denounced arson and murder attempts of the previous months on asylum seekers residence and refugees respectively in the farthest Eastern States of Sachsen, Sachsen Anhalt and Niedersachsen. Neither one political party, nor an individual has claimed responsibility for the renewed series of arson and murder attempts that have inflicted multiple injuries on innocent refugees and asylum seekers in the farthest Eastern States and the Northern State of Schleswig Holstein. However, both the Highest Court and the government have remained firmed in their predicted decision against the ban of political parties and suspects from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany as unconstitutional and violation of German citizen civil and Constitutional Rights.
