GOVERNMENT TRADE UNIONS AND EMPLOYEES HAVE FAILED TO REACH COMPROMISE ON TARIFF INCREASE ALLOCATION THAT HAS CAUSED REPEATED CIVIL INDISCIPLINE IN GERMANY'S VARIOUS STATES WHICH INCLUDES THE FREE STATE OF BAYERN MUNCHEN.

    Further warnings against repeated civil indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike has been made in Germany's various States which includes the Free State of Bayern Munchen after the government with the trade unions and teachers, particularly those in the University Clinics failed to reach compromise on the unheeded demands for a five point five percent (5.5%) tariff increase, better working condition and limited overtime working hours, specially for the hard working and experienced educators of both minors at the kinder garden level to higher education levels for adults. Reasons for the predicted civil indiscipline has been mentioned as wide range and entailed the need for sufficient cash to meet the ever increasing expense of higher standards of living in Germany and  the Eurozone countries. Although professionals at the Highest Institutions for learning and clinics such as University Professors and Medical Doctors have been categorized as the highly paid professionals in all the States of Germany which included the Free State of Bayern Munchen. However, the government of Germany's largest coalition with the trade unions have requested further rounds of meetings that may resolve the dispute over tariff increase allocation which the government had previously set at a four point five percent (4.5%) tariff increase for the kinder garden teachers, or clinic educators for the prevention of citizens  predicted  civil indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike in all the States of Germany.
