EUROPEAN UNION UNIFIED DEFENSE POLICY REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL POLICY AND HIGHER STAKES POLICY MAKING THAT HAS DIVIDED EUROPEAN LEADERS, HIGH RANK GENERALS, LEGISLATORS AND INTELLECTUALS.

European Union unified defense policy remains controversial and much higher stakes policy making that has split European leaders, high rank Generals, legislators and Intellectuals, particularly after the European Union Commission President Junker Fischer recommended the formation of European Union Defense Army early Yesterday in the European capital Brussels. This recommendation for a unified European Union Defense Army became known as higher stakes policy making about three years after the major powers and rivals of the European Union countries banned the formation of the European Union Defense Forces that comprised mainly of the major European Union countries of England, France and Germany. Many European Union countries such as Germany, France, England and the Northern Scandinavian countries may demand further Parliamentary debates on unified Eurozone defense policy in the European Union Parliament in Brussels. Germany concluded its defense policy early last year with disarmament, Troops reduction and budget cuts of the German military the Bundeswehr at the era of Germany's economic prosperity and industrial expansion that will require a stronger military presence and a unified defense policy of the Eurozone countries as recommended by the European Union Commission President. However, few Eurozone legislators have demanded better decision making process that will demilitarize the Eurozone and keep Eurozone free from weapons of mass destruction.
