REINFORCEMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF USA AND ALLIED FORCES GROUND TROOPS IN THE AREAS OF CONFLICT IN IRAQ AND SYRIA HAS REMAINED CONTROVERSIAL IN THE USA CONGRESS, SENATE AND THE WHITE HOUSE.

Reinforcement of USA and Allied Forces with possible deployment of ground forces in the areas of conflict in Iraq and Syria, particualrly in Anbar Province and Koban for the fight against ISIS strongholds in the mentioned locations has remained controversial, despite repeated request of the Allied Forces for reinforcement and ground Troops deployment in the areas of conflict of which only Turkey has executed the request for ground Troops deployment and emphasized the fact that Turkey should not be the only Allied country to deploy Troops on the ground for the battle against ISIS in Koban and other locations in Iraq and Syria. However, political dispute over ground Troops deployment and reinforcement of the Allied Forces on the ground will continue to prevail in the USA Congress, Senate and the White House because the USA legislative body and citizens voted and elected the current administration in the White House of the Democratic Political Party for the policy of Troops withdrawal from areas of conflict which included Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria and not the opposite. Besides, the requirement for chnages in the USA foreign and defense policy with emphasis on the constant struggle for better financial markets performance, industrial expansion and acknowledged economic growth for a blessed and prosperous America.
