DEBATES ON THE WORLD'S ALTERNATIVE LOCATIONS FOR THE WORLD'S NEXT TWO SPORT EVENTS MAY REMAIN CONTROVERSIAL.

       Debates on the World's alternative locations for the World's next two sport events scheduled to begin in Russia and Qatar in the years two thousand and eighteen (2018) and two thousand and twenty two (2022) respectively may remain controversial, despite FIFA repeated effort in the attempts to end the controversy on the selection of the World's major sport event the World Cup Football Competition locations before the soccer playoff games for the Olympics scheduled to take place in Brazil in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016) ends with the required selection of the next two Summer World Cup Football Competition locations which have been suggested as Bayern Munchen in Germany and Seoul in South Korea, due to the current sanction against Russia and continued political dispute between Russia and the Western countries that entailed the USA, European Union and other countries over the current conflict in East of Ukraine. However, Qatar difficulties to host the next World's major sport event has been described as mainly climate issue, due to severe weather changing condition in excessive higher temperatures, or heat wave during day time and extreme dry desert cold weather at Night time  during the Season, or Months in which the sport event has been scheduled to take place. Besides, insecurity concern for possible ISIS terror attack during the sport event. The governments in Russia and the Emirates should either make continued effort and reach compromise, or agreement with the Western countries, or should be able to affort much expense in new and mordern buildings, stadia and sport villages in order to host the World's next two major sport events.
