GOVERNMENT'S ATTEMPTS TO DISBANN THE EXTREME RIGHT WING, LEFT WINGPOLITICAL PARTIES AND NEO-NAZI SUPPORTERS WITH HIGHEST COURT DECISION HAS BEEN EMPHASIZED AS VIOLATION OF CITIZENS CIVIL AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

GOVERNMENT'S ATTEMPTS TO DISBANN THE EXTREME RIGHT WING, LEFT WING POLITICAL PARTIES AND NEO-NAZI SUPPORTERS WITH THE HIGHEST COURT DECISION HAS BEEN EMPHASIZED AS VIOLATION OF CITIZENS CIVIL AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

       Government's attempts to disbann Germany's extreme Right Wing, extreme Left wing Political Parties and Neo-nazi supporters, or affiliates of Germany's outlawed militants and political groups with the controversial decision of Germany's Highest Court located in Karlsruhe has been referred to as unconstitutional and violates high rank government's officials and citizens civil and Constitutional Rights in the entire region of Germany which entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen, particularly after series of extended crackdown on Neo-nazi suspects, or collaborators that included  University Professors, Politicians, High Rank government officials and Generals by random searches of their residence, continuous surveillance of their wired and wireless communication and arrest at home, or abroad. However, suspects demand for compensation against violation of their civil and Constitutional Rights has remained unheeded, despite the government's promise for compensation against such violation, specially for University Professors in the State of North Rhein westfalia and other States of Germany.
