THE UNITED NATIONS LATEST REPORT ON USE OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS SPECIFIED INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION FOR THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE AGAINST SYRIA.

United Nations Investigators latest report on use of chemical weapons by either the government forces, or the Rebel forces specified in sufficient evidence for the implementation of the alternative Resolution for the use of military force to end the over two years civil war in Syria, despite the traces of the chemicals that have been found on the bodies of the victims that have either been killed, or injured in the cross-fire battles between the government and the Rebel forces in Aleppo and Qusayr. This has further postponed the USA and the Russian government plan of invasion as the possible and immediate resolution of the current conflict in Syria that has killed over a hundred thousand Syrian citizens and displaced millions others within Syria and to the neighboring, or farther away countries in the Arab World, North Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA.
