CONCERN EXPRESSED ABOUT THE UNHEEDED DEMAND FOR SAFETY ON THE COAST OF AFRICA.

Concern expressed about  businessmen and merchants unheeded demand for safety on the coast of Africa, due to increased piracy on the petroleum tankers and merchants goods ships, particularly at the coast of Guinea and the horn of Africa has continued to alarm many businessmen and merchants that have traded to and from the Atlantic Ocean, or the Pacific Ocean coast, due to increased piracy in the Ocean that has exceeded the frequency rated at seventy five percent (75%) for attacks and break-in against merchants ships in the Atlantic Ocean coast. However, governments around the World that entailed the African, or the Arab countries governments and the United Nations Organization have remained silent about the concern against increased piracy on the coasts of Africa, despite repeated deployment of German military, the Bundeswehr at the horn of Africa to combat piracy and monitor safe passage of ships in the Atlantic Ocean.
