GOVERNMENTS ATTEMPTS TO EITHER CONTROL, OR BAN COMPUTERS AND INTERNET USE TO THE DISADVANTAGE OF INTERNET USE IN THE VARIOUS FIELDS OF APPLICATION HAS PROVEN TO BE A FAILURE.

       Internet bubble younger generation new talents with the emerging younger multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires numbers have gradually increased at a global scale, particularly in the USA, China, Japan, the European Union countries, Russia, Australia, Canada and in some Arab World and African countries, despite the recent governments effort to either control, or ban the use of computers, smartphones and the general use of internet at both the domestic and international, or foreign levels which fortunately has proven to be the most difficult thing the domestic and foreign governments have ever attempted to control, or ban to the disadvantage of internet use in the various fields of application that entailed the electronic commerce, finance, communication, transportation and in many significant fields that have not been specified in this article that included the fields of education, the defense and in the economies of many countries in which computer and internet use have been indispensable tools for economic growth. However, younger generation in the European Union countries, particularly in Germany have protested against their governments attempts for internet use control by increased internet fees and the newly introduced electronic internet cards.
