The European Union Parliament seem to look-out at the bill suggested in the German Parliament, the Bundestag that may become Europe's controversial political theme of the decade in the European Union countries Parliaments that violates the Constitutional Rights of every European Union citizen to the freedom of speech. This bill that has been intended to authorize the leader of the Parliament, the head of the government, or the Bundes-Kanzler, the leader of the Opposition party and the leaders of other political parties in Germany to make choice on the Reprsentatives that should speak in the German Parliament and those that should not speak in th Parliament may determine the government's policies, the direction of governance, the government's clout and limit the Opposition party with the Representatives opinion in the German Parliament , the Bundestag, if this bill is enacted to a legislation by the government in the Parliament's next session. This bill which I suggested should be named a dictator's bill in the core of the democratic type of system of governments will violate citizens Rights to voting in the elections, if enacted to a legislation.
