AUNIFIED AND GLOBALIZED PENALTY ON INTERNET AND ELECTRONIC MAIL VIOLATION OF INTERNET USERS MAY REQUIRE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CYBER DEFENSE CENTERS ---

AUNIFIED AND GLOBALIZED PENALTY ON INTERNET AND ELECTRONIC MAIL RIGHTS VIOLATION OF INTERNET USERS MAY REQUIRE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CYBER DEFENSE CENTERS IN MANY COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD.

Aunified and globalized penalty on internet and electronic mail rights of internet users around the world that entailed hacking in to Satellites and Base-Stations networks, or even in to personal computers, laptops, websites and blogs for network services that may not be available in certain countries, or in some local areas, or for wide range applications and personal software programs, or for the personal data that may include identification cards numbers, driver's license numbers, social security numbers and bank accounts numbers has been required after the legislators in Germany enacted the legislation that specified the penalty of four years imprisonment for violators of internet and electronic mail rights of internet users in Germany, instead of the three years imprisonment penalty for similar internet and electronic mail rights violation in the USA. However, a unified and globalized surveillance of various networks that includes the Online Services Satellites networks, the Base-Stations networks and similar other personal networks that have been estimated to exceed millions would require the establishment of Cyber Defense Centers with the recruitment of either the Cyber Defense Police, or the Cyber Defense Army Forces in many countries around the world, particularly in the developed countries of the USA, Russia, the Asian countries, the European Union countries, Canada, Australia, Middle Eastern countries, the Arab world and even in some African countries.
