INTENSIFIED MILITARY OFFENSIVE AGAINST THE KURDISH REBELS BY THE TURKS MILITARY MAY DELAY THE USA FORCES WITHDRAWAL FROM IRAQ SCHEDULED FOR THE YEAR 2012.

Co-ordinated military attack in airstrikes and ground forces attack against the Kurdish Rebels in Northern Iraq has intensified in the last fourty eight hours for the first time in almost eighteen years of seemingly peacefull co-existence between the Kurds and the Turks. Prime Minister Tayyib Erdogan calmed the citizens in a brief televised press conference about the Turks military offensive against the Kurds as a reaction to the surprise and sudden attack of the Kurdish Rebels in Southern Turkey. The extend of the casualties inflicted on both sides in regard to the lives that may have been lost and property damage in the last fourty eight hours of intense military action has not been released. However, elevated security level in Iraq, due to air raids in Northern Iraq with possible extension of the Turks- Kurdish conflict may affect, or delay the USA forces final withdrawal from Iraq scheduled for next year in the year 2012.
