THE UPRISING CHAOS IN SYRIA HAS REACHED THE LEVEL THAT REQUIRES INTERNATIONAL INTERVENTION.

The Syrian government measures to enforce order on the demonstrators in both the capital Damuscus and in the town of Daraa by means of live bullets shot by the special forces oncivilians from rifles and tanks have exceeded the level that may be regarded by the International Humanitarian Organization as the required displinary measures to enforce discipline on the number of civilian protestors demanding change of the leadership that have reached tens of thousands, besides the growing numbers of the civilian casualties estimated in several hundreds. The UN High Commisioner has condemned the Syrian government action, while the German government has demanded sanction against the Syrian government instead. However, what, when and hopw the decision and the action may be taken against the Syrian government has remained unknown.
