THE SHIFT FROM NONE RENEWABLE AND LESS ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY ENERGY SOURCES TO RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL, DESPITE THE ENACTED LEGISLATIONS THAT AUTHORIZES ENFORCEMENT OF THE SHIFT TO ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES.

The legislative authority with policy that demands immediate shift in the energy policy of EU countries and specially in Germany's energy policy has unfortunately remained disputed as the second most controversial policy of the decade, despite the enacted legislations that authorized immediate, or long term implementation of the Environment friendly and unified, or separate  energy policy in the EU countries. However, no Parliamentary debate has been required for the amendment of the enacted legislations which had been enacted for the protection of the Environment the habitat and the species from Hazardous materials and substances that causes climate change pollution of the Environment and diseases as a result of man made pollution of the Environment by various forms of energy sources which have been described as hazardous, or polluting energy sources as the fossil fuel and the atomic energy, due to power outage and diminishing vacancies in the energy sector of few countries that have drastically implemented the authorities demand for immediate shift from the hazardous and polluting energy sources. Many energy companies in the EU, particularly in GERMANY'S various STATES that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen have demanded further extension of the time period for closer of the major fossil fuel and nuclear Reactors that uses fossil and atomic energy as their main energy sources for generation of electricity to meet the ever increasing demand for electric power consumption in the government and private sector as in the office and the household. Debates and meetings at the highest government level and lower Communities level, specially of the Communities that have been affected by the rather drastic changes in the government's energy policy with the shift from the hazardous and polluting energy sources as the atomic and fossil fuel to the Environment friendly and RENEWABLE energy sources as the Solar the Wind the Hydro-electric the Biomass and Geothermal energy sources may further exert pressure on the governments in the memotioned EU countries and specially in Germany to extend the time specified time period for the closer of the major electric power companies that uses either the atomic energy, or fossil fuel as their main energy sources for generation of electricity in Eurozone countries and in the Democratic Republic of Germany.
