IRAQ PRIME MINISTER ANNOUNCED THE OVERWHELMING DEFEAT OF ISLAMISTS IN THE NORTHERN REGION, DESPITE REPORTS OF SKIRMISHES IN IRAQ'S NORTHERN AND NORTH EASTERN REGION.

  
   Iraq Prime Minister Haider Al Abadi announced the overwhelming defeat of Islamists in the Northern region by both the USA and Iraq's forces, despite reports of further skirmishes in Iraq's Northern and North Eastern region. The Prime Minister emphasized his speech on the defeat of Islamists, after the coalition forces confirmed total reoccupation of Iraq's Northern region from Islamists Rebel Forces which marked the second defeat of Islamists with acknowledgement of the coalition forces joined effort against occupation of Iraq's Northern region, besides the recent victories in the war against terrorism in the Arab World the North African the Middle Eastern countries the Eurozone countries the USA and in many other countries around the World that have remained a matter of significant concern with regard to the security of the mentioned countries and global security, despite Iraq's recent exclusion from the list of the Arab World countries that have been listed for the fight against terrorism in the Arab World the Middle Eastern and North African countries. However the recent Summit of the Arab World countries security with regard to the rise of terrorism in the Arab World and other countries held in Saudi Arabia a forthnight  ago ended with the formation of a coalition of the Arab World countries forces for security of the Arab World countries and in the fight against terrorism in the Arab World and north African countries. Although Iran and Qatar had been warned as sponsors of terrorism, Iran and Qatar military have been listed as part of the Arab World countries forces for the  fight against terrorism in the Arab and North African countries and Iraq has not remained exception during the Summit,  despite rising concern about an Arab World Defense Pact that can formidably rivaled the NATO the WARSAW Pact the European Union Countries Defense Pact China Japan Defense Pact the Organization of African Unity Defense Pact and other minor defense treaty of smaller nations with major and minor nations in this World. The newly formed Arab World Countries Defense Pact would demand much in defense responsibilities and financial obligation of the wealthiest Arab World countries as the billions of dollars so far donated by the Kings and Princes of the Arab World countries would certainly not be sufficient to finance the expense of the coalition forces with regard to the armament and training, or retraining of the Arab World countries new coalition defense forces.
