DESPITE THE MUCH WORK THAT HAD BEEN DONE AND CONTINUES TO BE DONE ON THE HIGHWAYS AND OTHER ROADS RECONSTRUCTION WORK HAS BEEN REQUIRED FOR THE HIGHWAYS AND MANY ROADS.


      Despite the much work that had been done and continues to be done on Germany's Highways the Autobahn and many other roads for the projected greater perfection of the Ministry of Transportation for the on road means of transportation in the Northern and various other States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen much work has been required for Germany's Highways and other roads with the additional services to ease the on road means of transportation in the Democratic Republic of Germany and to salvage the estimated loss in millions of euros that has been annually lost in traffic violation, motor vehicles accidents with the declining services at the gas stations and guest house services along the Highways and many roads. The Ministry of Transportation in the various States of Germany have frequently emphasized the requirement for continues reconstruction with the construction of new multiple lanes Highways and other roads to ease congestion, traffic jam and frequent accidents on the Highways and many roads. Besides, the requirement for the erection of traffic signals with traffic cameras to guide, monitor and register frequent traffic violation and reduce road accidents in the various States of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen. However, the rising concern over increasing budget that has been required for the finance of frequent reconstruction of the Highways and other roads with the new plan for the construction of broader multi-lanes Highways and other roads which its finance sources should originate from the millions of euros being annually lost on the Highways and other roads. Besides, the annual taxes on trucks and other motor vehicles with additional registration fees for all the domestic and foreign vehicles that should be implemented as required by the recently enacted legislations in Germany's various States and the Eurozone countries, particularly for the number plates registration fees. Other factors  such as over speeding, drunk driving, or driving while impaired have been listed as attributes of frequent motor vehicles accidents on Germany's Highways and many roads that have exceeded the estimated percentage of about ten percent (10%) in annual traffic accidents on Germany's various roads, whether they may have been automotive vehicles, motor cycles, or Pedestrians road accidents in the various States of the Democratic Republic of Germany.
