HIGHEST COURT FINAL DECISION ON THE CONTROVERSIAL TOUGHER INTERNET REGULATIONS WITH THE ENACTED LEGISLATION FOR DATA CONTROL AND HIGHER FEES FOR INTERNET USERS REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL.


      The Highest Court has further adjourned its final decision on the controversial internet regulations and internet legislation for the control of internet data violation with possible control of internet users at both the domestic level and at the World Wide Web global scale, despite continued widerange complain and protest of various governments with citizens demand for the required Highest Court final decision on various aspects of internet use and data control within the framework of acceptable regulations, fair legislative measures and accountability methods for the domestic and global use of internet with the use of various electronic devices such as the wired, or wireless smartphones, computers, Base Stations, Satellites and Telescopes in the many countries around the World in which the use of the mentioned high tecnology devices and internet use have been subjected to unfair limitation, or restriction at home in schools and in the Universities, particularly in the developing countries of the Middle East, the Arab World and African countries. However, in the developed countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia, Russia, China, Japan and the European Union countries of both the West and the East the Golden Bubble Internet Generation money making capability in billions to hundreds of millions of dollars by the use of the mentioned devices and the internet has been generally described as "ungovernable", particularly in the USA, China, Russia, Germany, the Nederlands, England and Japan in which governments attempts for the control of the younger generation money making ability in the various fields of internet use by tougher regulations, higher fees, limitation, restriction, legislation and use of military force has frequently attributed to drastic decline in financial markets performance, stock crash and decline in e-commerce business success that contributes to the World's over seventy percent (70%) e-commerce businesses annual revenue.
