EUROPEAN UNION GOVERNMENT DEMAND FOR A UNIFIED ENERGY POLICY WITHIN THE EUROZONE COUNTRIES REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL, DESPITE DECLINING PETROLEUM PRICES AMIDST RISING DEMAND FOR ELECTRIC ENERGY CONSUMPTION.

Eurozone countries energy policy for environmental protection purpose and for the safety of the citizens has remained controversial, despite the European Union government demand for a unified energy policy to fight widerange environmental protection and safety issues wuthin the Eurozone countries that entailed pollution of the atmosphere by continued combustion of fossil fuel with the release of toxic gases in to the Environment which has attributed to the wider range formation of Ozone layer for increase global warming. Besides, depletion of the World's valuable natural resources with the destruction of habitats that often results, or threatens domestic and global species with extinction amidst delininng petroleum prices for increase fossil fuel combustion and many Eurozone countries governments refusal for the required change in their energy policy with the shift from the use of either the atomic energy, or fossil fuel as the main energy source for generation of electric energy to the environment friendly renewable energy sources that entailed the Solar, Wind, Geothermal and Hyro-electric power as the main energy sources in the Eurozone countries. However, extended financial benefits in fossil fuel combustion, nuclear Reactors chain reaction, or fission seemed to have outweight European Union governments concern for environmental protection and safety measures amidst rising demand for electric energy consumption in the expanding industries, government offices and many households at a global scale , particularly in the developed and heavily industralized countries of the USA, Russia, china, the European Union countries, Japan, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World and few African countries.
