THE INDICTMENT PROCESS AGAINST THE NEO-NAZI SUSPECTS OF MURDER HAS BEEN FURTHER EXTENDED, DUE TO INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE REQUIRED BY THE HIGHEST COURT TO CONVICT THE SUSPECTS.

The indictment process against Neo-Nazi suspects on the murder case of a bout fourteen innocent German citizens and foreigners which included refugees and asylum seekers in Germany's various States that entailed Schleswig Holstein, Sachsen, Sachsen Anhalt, Rhein Pfalz, North Rhein Westfallen, Stuttgart and Baden Wuttenberg has been extended repeatedly from year to year, due to insufficient evidence that has been required by Germany's Highest Court in order for the Court to pass a fair and impartial verdict that will authorize tougher penalties against those convicted as demanded by the citizens and the Opponents of the Neo-Nazi in the Democratic Republic of Germany. However, this difficulty in the Highest Court decision to conclude the indictment process against the Neo-Nazi suspects of murder that have been referred to in the media as serial killers may have prevented violation of Investigators rights for further investigation and Germany's Highest Court final decision that can authorize restriction on political participation and policy making of the right wing and extreme left wing political parties in the Democratic Republic of Germany and violate citizens Constitutional Rights to freedom of choice and political participation, or policy making by votes, rather than frequent citizens indiscipline by protest and demonstration in Communities and various States of Germany.
