EXTENDED PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES ON THE INDICTMENT PROCESS THAT MAY DETERMINE THE FUTURE AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF GERMANY'S EXTREME LEFT AND RIGHT WING POLITICAL PARTIES.

       Extended Parliamentary debates on the Neu-Nazi suspects indictment process that may determine the future and Constitutional Rights for political office of Germany's right wing and extreme left wing political parties that have been threatened by ban of their rights to political participation in all the States of the country which included the free State of Bayern Munchen with possible threat of long term imprisonment of Neu-Nazi suspects that have not been proven guilty in the Court's final verdict of the seemingly ever extended indictment process may be further forwarded in Germany's Highest Court located in Karl's Ruhe, or the European Union Parliament in Brussels which currently represents European Union Highest Court on difficult matters that requires higher and tougher decision making process, despite the Eurozone Parliament limited access to decision making on member countries domestic issues that requires their Parliaments decision making process on difficult domestic issues that entailed the decision on political participation and policy making as Constitutional Rights of the major, minor, extreme left and right wing political parties in all the States of the country which included the free States.
