HIGHER INSTITUTIONS AND INTELLECTUALS CONCERN ABOUT THE INCREASING FIGHT AGAINST THE INTERNET AND AND INTERNET USERS WITH THE ATTEMPTS FOR THE BAN ON PURCHASE, OR USE OF COMPUTERS AND OTHER COMMUNICATION DEVICES.

HIGHER INSTITUTIONS OF LEARNING AND INTELLECTUALS CONCERN ABOUT THE INCREASING FIGHT AGAINST THE INTERNET AND INTERNET USERS WITH THE ATTEMPTS FOR THE BAN ON PURCHASE, OR USE OF COMPUTERS AND OTHER COMMUNICATION DEVICES.

Eurozone countries controversial policy on internet and internet users with other governments, or Institutions attempts for the legislative control of internet users with the demand for either the control of wired, or wireless communication devices, or the ban on purchase of computers and other communication devices such as smartphones, ipads, specially blackberries and laptops have remained major concern among Intellectuals and Higher Institutions of Learning around the World, particularly on the increasing battle against the internet and internet users for the apparent protection of Universal data control and spionage violation. However, Germany has recently introduced internet electronic cards as a fair means for the required legislative control of internet users against internet violation and data protection in Germany, the Eurozone countries and for the vast internet information transfer between Germany and the globalized World Wide Internet Web. Governments objection to the demand of both the Higher Institutions and Intellectuals for more study and research opportunities as the only means for  solution to the internet problems being sought, may eventually be heeded as legislative, spionage and the ban on purchase, or use of internet devices have proven ineffective in the Eurozone and many Arab World countries.
