      The unprecedented rise of Islamic Fundamentalism and terrorists action by African Islamists in many African countries, particularly in the Horn of Africa and Nigeria may dominate the themes for discussion in the next Summit of the Organization of African Unity which its highest seat will be relocated from East Africa to Either West Africa, Southern Africa, or the Northern African countries as Islamists demands became more controversial than in the previous years amidst indequate surveillance methods and fragile security fortress against the rising terror acts of African Islamists in may African countries capital cities. However, Nigeria's President Goodluck own words of " the begin of the end of terrorists acts" during the brief televised interview  on the rise of terrorists actions with the three hundred Nigerian school girls that have been kidnapped by Bako Islamic Militant Group in Nigeria has alarmed African Leaders and Islamic Groups about the rise of Islamic Fundamentalism and terrorists acts by African Islamic Militants that could possibly and easily spread violence in many African capital cities with inadequate surveillance systems, or equipments and fragile security fortress against the Islamic Militants.
