RUSSIA AND CHINA RECENT INCREASING ROLE IN WORLD AFFAIRS, PARTICULARLY IN THE SOUGHT FOR SOLUTIONS TO DOMESTIC PROBLEMS AND FOREIGN  CONFLICTS HAS PROVEN EFFECTIVE IN AVERTING THE OUTBREAK OF WAR, OR THE INVASION OF SYRIA AND IRAN.

Russia and China recent increasing role in World affairs, particularly in the sought for solutions to both the domestic social, financial, or economic problems and the intervention in foreign conflicts resolution by mostly political and deplomatic approach, rather than by direct, or indirect intervention by military power as in the previous joined intervention of China and Russia in the Syrian Conflict and Iranian Nuclear Dispute by continued rejection of the UN Security Council alternate approach to the resolution of conflict by military intervention that has proven effective in averting the outbreak of wars, or the invasion of Syria and possibly of Iran, if the Geneva one and Geneva two Coventions and nuclear dispute Meetings fail to succeed, despite the recent media reports of substantial progress that have been attained during the Conventions which too have been intended for the prevention of foreseeable outbreak of another military conflict in the Persian Gulf Region between the Western Allied Countries against Iran. However, both Iran and the Allied Countries which entailed the USA, the European Union countries have not reached compromise with regard to the limitation that has been imposed on the production capacity of Iranian nuclear fuel production for the generation of electric power which has been fixed at twenty percent (20%) production capacity.
