POLICE INVESTIGATORS RULED OUT CLAIMS OF TERROR ATTACK AS THE CAUSE OF THE SPANISH INTER-CITY TRAIN ACCIDENT.

POLICE INVESTIGATORS RULED OUT CLAIMS OF TERROR ATTACK AS THE CAUSE OF THE SPANISH INTER-CITY TRAIN ACCIDENT.

Police Investigators ruled out claims of terror plot, or terror attack as the cause of the spanish Intercity train accident  that killed over eighty people and injured over a hundred and forty others  forty eight hours ago. The cause of the tragic accident has been ruled as human error. The pilot of the train whose name has not been revealed to the media , despite his arrest simply exceeded higher speed limit required for trains to safely turn on sharp turns, or curve rail tracks locations which unfortunately have not been specified by the guide signs, or the warning signs on the Spanish intercity rail tracks connecting the major cities and towns in Spain. No specific penalty has been directed against the train's pilot, except that of over speeding on the curved rail tracks that caused the tragic accident which too may cause him long term suspension, or permanent suspension from his profession as the pilot of Intercity trains not just in Spain, but in the whole of the European Union countries.
