Governments concern for the year's begin  that expressed economic and financial worries of the most industrialized, developed and wealthiest nations around the World, particularly in the USA, Germany, China and Japan, despite the current better economic and financial conditions in these countries, when compared to other countries may have been attributed to the general shrinking economic and financial performance rated at five to seven percent (5%-7%) decreasing rates that begun at the end of the previous year in many countries around the World, due to recession. However, some current issues of equal significance that determines some of the developed countries foreign policies with economic stability such as the developed countries unfair mordern warfare of unmanned vehicles, or Drones that have diversified the mordern warfare to complex stages and simplified mass killing of humans to as easy as playing a computer game. Manipulation of organ donation purpose for finacial gains and the diminishing fight against poverty and hunger in the developing countries may remain ignored as the major and the wealthiest countries concern for the begin of the year 2013 remains focused on the economic and financial measures for the protection of their abundancy on the tables.
