DESPITE THE UNIFIED AGREEMENT ON PENALTIES AGAINST INTERNET VIOLATORS, INTERNET VIOLATION HAS REMAINED AT AN ALARMING RATE IN VARIOUS COUNTRIES, PARTICULARLY IN THE DEVELOPED COUNTRIES.

Despite the unified agreement on the penalties against e-mail and internet violation that ranged from three to four years imprisonment against violators that have been convicted for e-mail and internet infringement in various countries, internet violation in various countries, particularly in the developed countries and specifically in the USA, Europe, China, Russia, Japan, the Middle Eastern countries, the Arab World countries and in some African countries has remained at an alarming rate, due to various reasons that entailed the use of sophisticated software and new applications by internet violators and Hackers that have mostly remained at large. Besides, the current governments wrestle on the possession of complex Cyber Defense Centers with the restrictions that may be imposed on the ownership of complex Cyber Defense Centers, Cyber Stations and on the use of computers, laptops and smartphones by some governments around the World, inspite of the financial, or the economic damages and the inconveniency that may be inflicted on both the citizens and the governments, due to the restrictions.
