THE IRONY IN THE DECREASING PAYROLL REVENUE IN BOTH EUROPE AND THE USA.

Despite the decrease in the unemployment percentage rate in both Europe and the USA rated at 7.6% and 9.7% percent respectively, which has been attributed to the uptrend of both economies, the application numbers for unemployment benefits has remained high in both continents to many experts surprise.
These increase in the unemployment benefit applicants in both continentss have been attributed to severe Winter weather breaks of certain jobs such as the construction jobs that have continuously affected the payroll revenue in both continents at a growing higher rate.
